Compressor is on a winch ready skid mounted on a semitrailer via chain and binders. It has catwalks and hand railings built onto compressor frame. Catwalks are hinged and fold up. Hand rails are removable. Total trailer width with catwalks folded up is approximately 12 feet. We had the trailer DOT inspected and any needed repairs completed 2020. The trailer weighs approx. 15,000# and the compressor weighs approx. 53,000# giving a combined weight of 68,000#. Combined height is approx. 15’. Total trailer width with catwalks folded up is approximately 12 feet.

1st stage cylinder good to 635psi, 1st stage cooler block good to 1292psi.
2nd stage cylinder good to 1725psi, 2nd stage cooler block good to 1292 psi

Suction Scrubber is 4”600 flange, discharge flange is 2” 600 flange.

Control panel is a murphy ttd programmable annunciator paired with murphy switch gauges. It has protection for lube no flow, stage 1 and 2 discharge temp, turbo water temp, engine water temp, engine vacuum/boost, compressor oil pressure, engine oil pressure, suction pressure (high and low), interstage pressure (high and low), and discharge pressure (high and low). Set points are easily adjusted to fit your application.

At 1100psi discharge your suction pressure operating range is 70-90 psi. At 900psi discharge your suction pressure operating range is 45-105 psi. at 750 psi discharge your suction pressure operating range is 35-115psi. At 500 psi discharge your suction pressure operating range is 25-130 psi. Compressor run files are labeled jgj(suctionpressuredischargepressure). So 25 psi suction pressure and 500 discharge pressure will read as jgj25500.
